Sigma Rho Summit 2012

The Sigma Rho Northern California Chapter (NorCal Chapter) is pleased to host “Sigma Rho Summit 2012” in the San Francisco Bay Area, California between August 31 and September 2, 2012.

”Sigma Rho Summit 2012” will include a series of events to celebrate the occasion while providing a venue for a memorable and meaningful reunion for the Brods. In addition, the NorCal Chapter has invited the officers of the Sigma Rho Council to grace and keynote the occasion.

Registration:

If you register on or before June 15, 2012, the cost is $75.00. After June 15, the registration fee will be $100.00. Registering will entitle you to attend the Friday Night Fellowship and Buffet on August 31 and the Summit Ball and Dinner on September 1, 2012. 

Venue:

The majority of the events will be held at Doubletree Hotel in Burlingame, California.

The hotel is located a couple of miles south of and about 10-minute drive from San Francisco International Airport. It is accessible from San Francisco and adjoining cities of the Bay Area via BART and CalTrans from the Milbrae or the SFO stations. In addition, the NorCal Chapter will provide courtesy transportation from the Doubletree Hotel to the other event venues. We will also arrange for NorCal members and other attendees who will be driving to provide transportation.

The NorCal Chapter has arranged guaranteed pricing for the hotel rooms. For Summit attendees, room rates are:

Single & Double Occupancy: $ 89.00
Triple Occupancy: $ 99.00

Attendees are encouraged to e-mail the NorCal Chapter ASAP to signify their intent to stay at the Doubletree Hotel. Attendees may book their stay directly with Doubletree Hotel.

A number of extra activities are being organized along the following interest areas:
A Trip to Wine Country, a Napa Valley Outlet Shopping Trip, a Casino Trip, a Trip to Yosemite National Park, a Harbor Cruise to Alcatraz , and a Weekend Golf Tournament. Participants are asked to please signify their particular interest so the NorCal Chapter can plan out each activity.

Should you require an official invitation from The Sigma Rho Summit 2012 to apply for a visitor’s visa, please contact the NorCal Chapter. A hard copy of the invitation will be sent to you. Also please indicate any travel assistance you might need.
